1. Scope of the Service
The Fast Track service by Chiaravalli Group is a logistics service dedicated to the priority order processing, aimed at reducing handling times and making goods available in the shortest possible time.

The service is provided for a fee and subject to specific conditions depending on the selected configuration.

2. Preparation Time

Chiaravalli Group guarantees order preparation according to the following timelines:

Orders placed by 12:00 PM: preparation within the same working day
Orders placed after 12:00 PM: preparation by the next working day

These timelines refer exclusively to the order preparation phase.

3. Fast Track Service Options
The Fast Track service is structured into the following configurations:

1. FAST TRACK SMART = From 0 to 50 kg and maximum 10 order lines for 30€
2. FAST TRACK PLUS = From 0 to 150 kg and maximum 15 order lines for 50€
3. FAST TRACK MAX = From 0 to 350 kg and maximum 20 order lines for 100€

Compliance with weight and order line limits is a prerequisite for service eligibility.

4. Scope of Application
The Fast Track service applies exclusively to the priority preparation of orders.

It does not include dedicated shipping services or guaranteed delivery times.

5. Shipping and Responsibility

In case of shipment via Chiaravalli Group’s logistics partners, goods are handed over for transport as soon as they are ready.
In case of collection by carriers or freight forwarders appointed by the customer, the shipping process is entirely under the responsibility of the customer or their logistics provider.
 

Chiaravalli Group shall not be held liable for delays attributable to transportation.

6. Service Limitations
The Fast Track service is subject to product availability and may not be applicable to:

non-stock or made-to-order products
assembled or processed products
orders with special requirements or non-standard configurations
extraordinary operational conditions

In general, products excluded from the service are clearly indicated within the Chiaravalli B2B portal.

 Chiaravalli Group reserves the right to assess the eligibility of each order for the service.

7. Validity and Amendments

Chiaravalli Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notification provided through its official channels.
