High-Quality Training for the Mechanical Transmission Industry
The goal of this initiative is to train 5 young individuals as Machine Tool Operators, specialized professionals in the field of Industrial Mechanical Transmissions. With the support of Adecco, participants will join an apprenticeship program lasting 24 months, which includes intensive training both in the classroom and on the job. The training has been structured to immediately alternate between classroom learning and hands-on practice, allowing participants to apply what they’ve learned right away.
The Skills of Tomorrow’s Professionals
The program aims to provide essential skills to become specialized CNC Operators. Participants will learn how to read technical drawings, use key measuring tools, and program directly on the machine. Through this training, they will gain the necessary abilities to set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, and gear-cutting machines), a crucial aspect of mechanical production.
