XRC® Extended Pin Chains
XRC® Extended Pin Chains by Chiaravalli Group are roller chains for industrial material handling, with elongated pins that provide connection points for dedicated components and supports. This configuration allows the chain to be integrated into light conveying and positioning systems according to the machine’s geometry and requirements.

The standard 08B-1 D1-01 version features extended pins at every pitch and is supplied in 5-metre rolls. The XRC® base chain incorporates pre-lubrication with Fuchs® oils, pre-tensioning and controlled manufacturing tolerances. Additional sizes and AISI 304 stainless steel or nickel-plated versions are available on request.
